Since every order is custom, we do not allow returns nor refunds if you decide you don’t want it, uploaded the wrong file, ordered the wrong size or wanted to change something after approval. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us and provide a proof that clearly shows the issue. We will evaluate and work with each case individually.
Our Returns and Refund policies are:
- We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery.
- We require you send a photograph clearly showing the issue.
- Colors vary from one screen to another, specially smartphones, therefore, we DO NOT guarantee 100% color matching.
- We may request that you send us back a physical proof or return 100% of a defective order.
- If we made an error, we will correct and reproduce your order. (original turnaround time applies) No shipping charges apply.
